Consigning at Antiquing On Line

Fees:

Our commission is 30% of the selling price under $1500.00 and 25% of the selling price at $1500.00 and over. Consignors are paid within 30 days after their goods are sold. We must be in physical possession of consignment items in order to effectively market them and avoid misrepresentation.

What We Handle:

We look for the finest vintage and antique items available. Items must be clean with no need of repairs. If an item has missing or discolored stones, you can inquire about repair charges. Do not ship without prior approval.

Procedure:

• Take CLEAR 35mm photographs of all sides of the item along with close-ups of details, marks, signatures, and any damage or repairs.

• Note the measurements of the item(s) and the minimum acceptable price(s) you wish to realize for each item.

• Mail the packet to:

  Please allow one week for response.

• Send jpgs (digital files) compressed to 30k or 50k each, no larger.

• Note the measurements of the item(s) and the price(s) you wish to realize for each item.

Payment:

Consignors are paid within 30 days after the sale of their goods. Consignors are responsible for credit card fees incurred for each item sold as well as insurance shipping costs. In the event of a return, consignors are responsible for reverse credit card fees as well as chargeback fees and the additional cost of the item. If an item is returned due to damage in shipping, only fees not reimbursed by the carrier will be charged back to the consignor.
