1895 to 1910 Seven Panel Shell Cameo Bracelet

Pretty maidens all in a row! These seven gorgeous female profiles, each hand carved with incredible detail in high relief, are representative of the Belle Epoch era, a time of cultural refinement and social elegance in the late 19th and early 20th century. They are bezel set in gold-filled oval frames with a twisted rope surround. There are no nicks, chips or wear that I can detect. [Two of the cameos, the third from the left and the right-most one appear to have stress fractures. They are not. The "lines" are merely a change in color of the shell medium.] A truly exquisite and fabulous array of cameos make up this dynamite bracelet. A must for the cameo lover! length: 6-1/4", width: 3/4"
